The terms “You" or "your" refer to a registered user of the LOCORUM service. You should be at least 16 years of age to use this service. If you allow anyone under the age of 16 to access this service, you take full responsibility for any action they take during use of the service. If you do not wish to be legally bound by these terms and conditions you must not use the service.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion by advising of such amendments on the LOCORUM homepage and posting the amended terms and conditions on the LOCORUM website.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of those changes. If you do not wish to be legally bound by any future amended terms and conditions then you must discontinue use of the service.

The service provides a website that may be accessed by members and non-members to search for local businesses providing a range of products and services to both the domestic and 'business to business' markets. The service also provides facilities to search for local community organisations and there associated services and activities. Registered members may post recommendations of businesses and community organisations they have used to help other users in selecting businesses for their own use.
